How to order a pre-order product ?

You can purchase pre-order items just like a regular product, with payment made in full. The key difference is that the product is not yet available for immediate delivery or pickup. It will be shipped or made available at a later date, with the shipping start date specified in the details of each pre-order item.

Detailed Steps:

1. Locate and Order the Pre-Order Product:
Find the product you want on our website. Add the pre-order item to your cart and follow the standard checkout process.


2. Payment Methods: You can pay using the following channels:
- Bank Transfer Payment.
- QR Code Payment.

- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, and others as shown on the checkout page.

3. Confirm your order, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.


4. Wait for Delivery:

The product will be shipped starting from the date specified in the details of each pre-order item. Please check your email or our website for updates on your order status.

Note: If your order includes both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Which payment methods do you accept ?

Bank Transfer
Make a transfer using the provided bank account number and submit the payment notification form.

QR Code Payment
Scan the QR code to complete your payment.

Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and other card types (as shown on the payment page).

Note: Please ensure that the billing address matches the address registered with your credit card.

How do you ship my order ?
We offer both domestic and international shipping channels to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Domestic Shipping: For shipments within Thailand, we use a standard parcel delivery service.

International Shipping: For international shipments, we use an international postal service.

You can select your shipping destination from the list of countries on the "Checkout" page, where the shipping fees will be displayed based on your location.
How to return my Items ?

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, for both in-stock items and pre-order items, as many products are custom-made or sourced specifically for each order.
