How to order a pre-order product ?

You can purchase pre-order items just like a regular product, with payment made in full. The key difference is that the product is not yet available for immediate delivery or pickup. It will be shipped or made available at a later date, with the shipping start date specified in the details of each pre-order item.

1. Locate and Order the Pre-Order Product:
Find the product you want on our website. Add the pre-order item to your cart and follow the standard checkout process.


2. Payment Methods:
You can pay using the following channels:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, and others as shown on the checkout page.
PromptPay QR Code: Scan to pay.
Chinese Wallet: Alipay.
Confirm Order and Track Status:

3. Confirm your order, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.


4. Wait for Delivery:

The product will be shipped starting from the date specified in the details of each pre-order item. Please check your email or our website for updates on your order status.
